Directions

Cycles for digital eballots vary from entity to entity, some allow all names to be elected, some entities use a cap on time-frames and numbers of names being elected. The page for "marked eballots" (e-aps-33-marked) and other pages where records of eballots are maintained, must list to which election and entity(s)* the voter's marked eballot applies.
*Digital eballots can be applied to multiple elections. In cases where a voter specifies by writing the entitiy's name (or multiple entities), the elected name may pick it by writing the entity's name on their cast digital eballot (or paper ballot).

Nominee must "pick the title" for election in which they vie, it gets recorded in "marked eballots" web page, then the name gets added to the seat on the web page for that entity for which they vied when the totals are updated and highest-ranked names pick the title.
