Dear Office of General Counsel, Attn. Jeff S. Jordan, Assistant General Counsel,
Enclosed are notarized documents which are copies of my 1996 FEC filings and these
are my evidence because the correct mathematics for the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system
is how our team the 2020 "United Coalition USA" has been operational since we began the USA Parliament PAC
in 1996. Google was registered by Sergey Brin soon after he joined my conversation in Usenet, inquired about
my name and then announced his new domain name around a week later on approximately October 5th 1997 in
alt.politics.elections. The moment is captured on my files to the FEC that I submitted in 1995 and 1996.
These records are also linked on our emails and web pages in our complaint as "FEC-2-7-1996-(4).pdf",
the Google company had deleted our records, so your archives serve as our proof of how our team was snuffed
out when Google was founded because it was deleted by Sergey Brin when he founded the company from our team.
